To provide quality shoes at the best price for our shoppers, standard delivery takes a minimum of fourteen days. D&D Boys Shoes endeavours to ensure shipping and delivery time is less, however, it can not be guaranteed. D&D Boys Shoes encourages customers and shoppers to buy their child’s boy shoes in time to give ample time for delivery. Return Policy
D & D Boys Shoes is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn with packaging/labels attached) within 28 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will exchange it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. D & D Boys Shoes has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 28 day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.
How to return a product
You can return products by post to the D & D Boys Shoes Web-store providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met. Please return the product with the purchase confirmation letter as your proof of purchase. Please include in the form stating whether you would like an exchange or refund. The item should be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging.

We will process your return and process any exchange or refund on receipt of your parcel.
D & D Boys Shoes does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door. This does not affect your right.
Faulty product
Some of our shoes come directly to you from our manufacturers. In the case of receiving a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at shoe@danddboysshoes.co.uk with proof of the faulty. Please quote your order number/item description.
