If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn with packaging/labels attached) within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will exchange it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. D & D Boys Shoes has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14 day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.

Please return the product with the purchase confirmation letter as your proof of purchase. Please include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or refund. Item should be returned in an unused condition and it’s original packaging.

D & D Boys Shoes does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door. This does not affect your right.
